I am running ACLM 1.3 as part of CiscoWorks2000 on Win2k. When I launch ACL Manager for my 3620 routers it works fine. Doing the same for the 7507 and 7513 routers opens the java window but clicking on the device gives "Device Not Supported" and I can't see any acl info. The documentation states that these routers are supported. Any clues what to check?
ACLM could have encountered a problem while parsing the device config (for example, unsupported keyword in syntax related to ACLs, interfaces, time-ranges etc).
To debug this please send us the aclm.log and also the device config.
