try to browse the device under ACLM edit after a fresh install with ROLEbase administrator enabled. Error message is "Exception while getting device attributes:IDL AclmModule/AclmException:1.0". There is no error before enable the ROLEbase administration.

May be the installation dint go fine and had troubles while installing. Did you try to re-install and see if its getting some sort of warning or any issues??

Hi, I have the same error, but ROLEbase administration isn't enable ;
I'm using 3700 and 2600 routers, with IOS 12.3(8)T,
and LMS 2.2.2, under windows
Any advice ?

Make sure the devices is manageabling in RME.
Check RME->configuration management which has the device in the database.

Thanks for you help, in fact the answer was
in changing the oid.ini file of ACL Manager
This one doesn't have updated oid's for 2600 and 3700 router (for instance, 2600 oid is : 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.470)
You can find this file in objects\aclm\... for the suite of the directory, use find !
