I am working on an ACS and switched an IP address. When I went into it via the web-address it was asking for a license. Is the license tied to an IP address or tied to the ACS itself?
What version of code are you on? I had to call TAC for this same thing last week. They said it's a known bug in the code and a reboot generally resolves. I had to reboot twice to resolve. Running 5.1.0.44.6
