I am viewing our CSV files that are created by Cisco ACS v2.6 which is sent information from two as5300's. I looked on CISCO.COM and could not find the answer to my question. In the CALLER-ID column, what is the format of the caller-id information? If it says ASYNC/8005551212, does that mean an ASYNC modem on the 5300 is calling 8005551212? I assume so, but need to make sure. Also, if there is any good documentation out there regarding these CSV files or ACS, I would love to have it. Thanks!
