Hello Everyone,
I would like to bind my cisco account with my company account but its not accepting my CSCO ID . Im getting an error CSCO testing id not found in the system.

should i open a Case or is there any solution to the problem? maybe i should wait a while ?

got the same problem, it says CSCO ID is not found in the system.

Yes ,Now My CSCO ID is added on cisco.com.

Yes, You have to open a case. Go to http://ciscocert.force.com/english/

it did by it self, or what? you tried again after some time and it passed or do i need something to do about it

Go to http://ciscocert.force.com/english/ .Open a case and follow up with them. they will solve your issue
