Are Cybrary certifications accepted by Cisco partners?

I recently came to know that Cybrary is offering free Cisco CCNA courses and certifications in this article. I am curious if Cisco or other Cisco partner employers will accept those certifications or not. Would like to know your opinions on this.

Actually Cisco uses all the abilities that his employes can aport, but essencial that you have at least a CCNA Routing & Switching certification to work with cisco or his partners,  and this certification must be take in a person vue certification center, it doesn´t matter where you take the course, but you need pay the exam and pass with 810 points minimum for be recognized by Cisco, so i don´t think Cybrary would pay for your test, but maybe can provide you some topics for the certification.
