Are there any tools able to simulate QLLC over X.25 traffic?

I'm looking for a tool that can mimic the communication between an IBM host and a PU/LU device over x.25 pipe for testing purposes.

Any help will be appreciated.

You might want to contact Develcon Electronics (formerly EDA Instruments) in Toronto. They are/were big into QLLC and X.25, and may have something or know where to get it.
