We have an AS5300 used for dial in users. Everytime attempts to dial to it they get a busy signal. When I tried to dial from a regular phone to that number i also get busy signal.
Never mind on this question I figured out what the issue was. SBC called me saying that there was a software loop found at the Titan (cross connect). They removed it, so we are now working.
