I currently have an AS5300 Cisco router for my E1R2 dialup connections. My problem is, some of my dialup users have difficulty in establishing connection due to these errors:

As a result, some of my terminal ports are unavailbe due to Virtual Execs. What I wanted to know are:

1. what are the causes of the following problems ?

2. what are the solutions for these problems ?

3. how can i get rid of the following problems ?

I haven't encountered a problem such as this one before and what im doing is to reload or power off the router so that it will disappear.

This is a known issue...what IOS image are you running on the as5300?

CSCdp33819 "TTY lines process virtual-exec is running, no user dialed in" is Resolved in 12.1 later images.

Sir,

Here is the IOS version of my RAS. This problem started last 3 months, my concern is, I have been using this RAS for the past 4 years and I haven't encountered a problem such as the one I'm having.

Are there any solutions for this problem aside from upgrading the IOS ? Where can I get an IOS, can you provide me with one :) ?
