Hi Sveta,
To slightly paraphrase your question, what are some of the design and implementation considerations for deploying Cisco medianet?
When you're planning your existing infrastructure to support Medianet, please keep in mind with some of the underlying protocols and technology that enables medianet. For example, if you network has firewall filters to prevent "ip protocol 46," this will result in a partial mediatrace of the network where the trace results will show reports up to the point where the packet was dropped.
There is medianet portal on CCO that includes design and deployment references that can help you plan and prepare the design and implementation of medianet.
