ASR1002 slot F0 (ASR1000-ESP10-N) hardware problem

On a new device i have this problem:

Slot: F0,
  Running state               : booting
  Internal state              : offline
  Internal operational state  : booting
  Physical insert detect time : 00:00:53 (16:08:18 ago)
  Software declared up time   : 00:00:00 (never ago)
  Hardware ready signal time  : 16:09:01 (00:00:10 ago)
  Packet ready signal time    : 00:00:00 (never ago)
  CPLD version                : N/A
  Firmware version            : N/A

what this can be? Or its just defective board?

Hi Aleksandr,

It could be a failing board. Try reseating the ESP. If that doesn't work, go ahead an open a TAC case.
