ATM to FR cross connection

Hi

i want to switch a PPPoA session on an intermidiate 7200 router (doesn't terminate the PPP session) that have an interface STM1 ATM facing the DSLAM, and another Interface E1 frame relay facing the IP terminator.

can anyone help how can i make this ATM to Frame relay switching ??
