Is there a ratio that ATM circuits should be limited to. On most interfaces it says maximum of 511 VC's, then gives your current configured. I guess this would really depend on the bandwidth you have.
Cisco has different type of ATM port adapters. Such as T1, T3, OC3 and OC12 etc. Depends on what type of hardware and software you have. Most PA-A3 can have up to 4096 active VCs per link.
