aux port and console port

Just wondering wats the protocols we are using when connected to the aux and con port of cisco device.Thanks.

It depends how you configure it, usually I configure Aux port for PPP RAS and the console port is just serial 232. Search CCO for PPP + Aux, I think you will find your answer.
