Hello,
I'm looking for a catalyst switch that support bandwidth control on each port e.g ( 64K, 128K )
I have C2950 switch, does it support this feature, if so, Please guide me to the configuration...

The 3550 supports per port rate limiting if that is what you mean by bandwidth control.
You could also use VLANs on the switch and have a router run CAR (committed access rate) on a trunked ethernet interface. The router uses the VLAN tags to control how much bandwidth a particular VLAN can have.

You can use C2950 traffic policing - although,
range for traffic rates is 1 Mbps to 100 Mbps for
10/100 Ethernet ports and 8 Mbps to 1000 Mbps for
the Gigabit-capable Ethernet ports.
