Bandwidth Distribution

I have a 1601 router with two V.35 serial interfaces S0 and S1 and one Ethernet interface e0.

The interface S0 is connected with a 512 kbps E1 link to the Internet.

While the e0 interface is a 10 Mbps connected to a LAN.

The Question if there is any way that enable my to divid the incoming bandwidth from S0 on S1 and e0? Any possible way to do it in the IOS?
