BGP Load balancing

I have 2 routers and 2 connections to an ISP, traffic from our netwrok will only flow to one router at a time using HSRP. What is the best method of getting the 2 routers to load balance outgoing traffic ? They have a direct connection between them and 0.0.0.0 static routes to the ISP.
