Boot Problem with Catalyst 6506 MSFC

I have a Catalyts 6506 with Ws-x6k-sup1a-2ge and Ws-f6k-msfc the image in msfc does not exist I have tried make download the image boot using XMODEM without success, how can I make download of the image boot from the rommom? Additionally I cannot see sup-slot0 only I see the bootflash (MSFC)

By default xmodem doesnt copy into the bootflash of MSFC in mode Hybrid, I dont Know how download image into the bootflash of MSFC, I have tried many ways but without success, by mistake the image loaded is to a card MSFC2. My card is a MSFC.
