here is what Cisco has to say about the POST failures you are experiencing:
A POST failure usually means there is physical damage to the interface. If an Ethernet Controller which controls four interfaces fails, it would result in the failure of those ports. A common cause of such damage would be ESD.
Failure of any of these diagnostic tests is normally fatal and usually requires an Return Material Authorization (RMA) to resolve the problem.
It looks like your switch(port) is physically damaged.
