C7206VXR meaning of POT 1E1-3-FWV message

We are using a C7206VXR, ios 12.0(4) and got the message POT 1E1-3-FWV , ports on modul was disabling,enabling,disabling until router was reboot. Since reboot, this message wasn't occurs again. What means this message. (No docus found on cco). Thanks
