cable registartion-timeout

we have 7246vxr cmts Problem is " cablem modem complete registration to cmts and then pc getting ip correctly from tftp server.

after that data traffic between cmts and modem (pc) is closing (no activity), because of that user dont get internet connection. Pc is still online and dont leave ip . if we can reset modem and delete ip of the pc , problem is solving. Registration start again

I want to use " cable registration-timeout command over interface , can that be solve my problem , if not what can I do for that
