hi we are using 7246vxr , over cable internet , modem and pc get ip from our tftp server , but some of our modems's and computers's ip are locked by some reasens ,there is no data trafic between router and internet (no ping etc.) , when ı reset mode...

we have 7246vxr cmts Problem is " cablem modem complete registration to cmts and then pc getting ip correctly from tftp server.after that data traffic between cmts and modem (pc) is closing (no activity), because of that user dont get internet conn...
