Caller ID Name display on 800-series

Does anybody know if Caller ID Name display will ever be supported on the 800-series routers (specifically the 804) and why it has not been supported so far? Does BRI signaling pass caller name?

I know that Caller ID NUMBER display works. I am particularly interested in caller ID NAME display.
