campus Access Level switch protection from spanning tree

Dear All

A network had been implementated with core, distribute and Access level switch.

However , how can i improve the stability of the layer 2 network on the access level switch. Once again, my root bridge is being changed seriously , but i still dont know the reason. At least at this moment want to improve it step by step.

However what is the usage of the spanning tree "root guard" "bpdu filter" "bpdu guard" "errable disable"??

on the Access-level switch .Any easy document or usage on that..
