Can I capture multiple VACL and send to different port ?

I have a 6509 and single VLAN. I want to classify traffic to TCP port based and send the classified traffic to specific port to analyze by using sniffer. for example, all 443 destined traffic send to port 3/47 and all 80 send to port 3/48.

No - you can define multiple caputure ports, but there can only be one capture port session - so the aggregate traffic will be flooded out all ports on the capture port list.
