Can not apply Service policy to an interface on Sup 720

Hey can we have a little more information:

1. What version of IOS?

2. What type of interface are you applying this to?

3. What is the entire error message?

4. Post a copy of the policy map

Sup 720 running 12.2.18 SXF. Looks like a hardware limitation of the PFC.
