Cannot ping from Switch to Router & vice versa

Have you configured ROS with 3 interfaces for each of the VLANs

Did you make one of the VLANs the native VLAN

Have you configured Default gateway in your switch to router IP in native VLAN

S1 and BR1 should be connected as trunk - allowed all the VLAN, what IP you try to ping, since you mentioned VLAN 101 as MGMT VLAN - where is this SVI reside for this ? what IP you trying to ping ?

 

post more config to look.

Disable ip routing on SW1 make sure BR1-R1 are sharing routes
