CAR BANDWIDTH LIMIT

Someone can explain me because if i set a policy rate-limit to block a particular connetion between 2 ip it works correctly only if i set inbound and outbound rate-limit policy?

Setting only input or output limiting (with or without cef) does not properly works.

I guess you will have to apply the rate limiting policing in both directions for thiis to work. If you set it in only one direction, rate limiting will be done only in that direction
