Hi, i have a Cat 4006 with ios 12.1.19 an a class B private network in multiples subnets 172.16.x.x, 172.16.y.x 172.16.z.x in each vlan, and a real network in other vlan, the private intervlan routing run OK, but this not route to real network, from any station i can ping only the VLAN's real ip address, but i cannot ping the rest of the network.

thanks..

What routing protocol are you running?

Does your 4006 has routes to all the subnets of your real network?

Do the devices in your real network have routes to your 172.16 private networks so that they can send replies to your pings?

i'm use static routes,

this is my route tab in the cat

172.17.0.0/16 is variably subnetted, 7 subnets, 6 masks

C 172.17.48.0/23 is directly connected, Vlan48

C 172.17.40.0/24 is directly connected, Vlan40

C 172.17.32.0/23 is directly connected, Vlan32

C 172.17.24.0/23 is directly connected, Vlan24

C 172.17.16.0/24 is directly connected, Vlan16

C 172.17.8.0/24 is directly connected, Vlan8

C 172.17.0.0/24 is directly connected, Vlan172

C 192.168.200.0/24 is directly connected, Vlan1

A.B.0.0/24 is subnetted, 1 subnets

C A.B.C.0 is directly connected, Vlan150

when the cat is connected wiht the router, has no problem, but i need route to vlan 150 when router is offline

This is significantly different from the question you originally posted. Now you are saying that when the cat is connected with the router there is no problem but if the router is offline you can not get to the real network. For this we need to know if the router is off line how are you connected to the real network.

The real network is local, it is connected to multiples ethernet ports on LAN, i do connect the router with isl because i need that private network and real network work, but i want that intervlan run totally in the Cat4k without external router, and the router only for wan connections and nat.

thanks again..

PD. please sorry my english is too poor.
