What is the difference between main, k8 and cv Cat6000 software images?

Hi,
AFAIK, main (-sup-) and k8 (-supk8-) are Supervisor 1 and 1A images (I've not found the exact meaning of k8).
-cv includes Ciscoview ADP Flash Code additionally.
-k9 includes SSH support
