hi there
I've got a catalyst WS-C2960-24TT-L . it switches packets OK but when console is connected, its display unreadable characters. i can't even view any configuration information as if no software is installed. can anyone help. thankx

Configuration of your's PC serial port must match configuration of WS-C2960-24TT-L console port.
