Who knows the specs for the memory for SUP III board in a catalyst 5505?

I am looking for alternative (like cheaper) memory for my private caalyst used for study.

To the best of my knowledge Supervisor III G has default of a 32MB Dram 8MB Flash 512KB NVRAM .If you want you can upgrade to 64MB DRAM , but you can downgrade to lower version below 32MB Dram.
