Catalysts "show"

Can anyone point me to some useful links to help decipher and make better use of the "show" commands on these switches? Cat 2900/3500XL, 2948G.

I'd like to be able to monitor/troubleshoot and better understand our network.

Meanwhile, I'll just rtfm.
