It may be just a question of the config register. Go into enable mode and do a show version. Is the config register 0x2102? Do a show flash as well. Do you see any files?

Hello,

it looks like your only option is to upload an IOS to flash with the xmodem command.

Check this link, it explains the procedure (obviously you do need an IOS on your laptop or PC):

Installing the Router Software by Using the Console or Auxiliary Port

HTH,

Hi

wel if i se command show flash

i have 16 megs free so there is on IOS image.

and the command xcopy is not anvalable in the command

the only copy options i have is

flash Copy file from system flash

flh-log Copy FLH log file to server

mop Copy from MOP server

rcp Copy from a rcp server

running-config Copy current configuration

startup-config Copy startup configuration

tftp Copy from a TFTP server

verify Verify checksum of flash memory file
