My Cisco 2511-RJ has developed a problem. When i turn it on, it gets restarted in few second and this problem remains until i power it off. OK Led is blinking and output on console is as follow

Can you paste the full boot sequence screen output to find out what's really happening ? The messages you posted is not enough.

If that's all that's coming up on the console, you probably have corrupt or missing code.
Did you change something? Did this happen spontaneously?
If you were upgrading code and this is what happened on the re-boot, you probably loaded the wrong code.
Otherwise, it's also possible you have some bad Flash or RAM.
Need more info, as mentioned above....

Scott,
Actually, there were some memory errors coming while it booted since long. Yesterday, it went into rom monitor mode when i powered it on, then i initialize and it went ok, but today, when i powered it on, it did not responded other than the message " i sent in my earlier post " again and again.
what do u think should i do

I have seen symptoms like this and this error message (especially in 2500 routers) when the router had been moved and the memory was not properly seated (probably had been shaken or dropped in movement). My suggestion is to power down the box, open the router and reseat the memory.
