Hi Everyone, I was wondering if someone could tell me what type of interface card I need for my 2611 router. Right now it just has the 2 built in ethernet interfaces, 1 of the Voice 2V modules in the expansion slot and in that is two VIC 2E/M (for a total of 4 VOIP slots), It also has a WIC 1T interface. I'd like to try finding a card on ebay that I could use in it so I could have more than 2 ethernet ports and start playing with different configurations.
Also, I'm new to the cisco routers, does anyone recommend a good book that would be a good reading material that would kind of give you a "crash course" on their features, configuration?
Thanks
Glenn

for your cards, it is enough.
for your home lab, maybe VIC 2E/M is not good for you. try use FXS.
for T1, you can connect another T1.
for book, you have a lots of choice, but cisco.com is a good place to go.

You cannot go more than the available 2 onboard ethernet ports on the 2611. You will have to use a higher end model like 2691 or higher..
