hi,

i found 2 different statements about the max number of vlans on a cisco 2940. The Product overview tell maximum 4 Vlans, but the online Documentation tells me max 12 Vlans. What is the maximum Number of vlans on a cisco 2940?

With 12.1(22)EA1 software image you can support 12 vlans. That is a new feature that comes with that IOS image.

Its just depends on the software loaded on the 2940.
