WHen i am trying to take backup of IOS c3550-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4 . it is showing no such file found . I am attaching output of sh flash command sh flash:

Hi Mahesh,
What is the IOS you see on when do a Sh ver
i dont knwo exactly but the image you are trying to copy has a prefix of drwx and i think it means it has been deleted.
Also you can try squeeze flash: to see if it disappears fron the sh flash output.

That IOS image is in a subdirectory ("d" at the beginning of the line 8 means directory).
So you should try:
copy flash:c3550-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4/c3550-ipbase-mz.122-25.SEB4.bin tftp
