Cisco 3640 and GPRS router

Is there a way to set up a 3640 to use a GPRS router within the same network segment in case the Ethernet link falls down?

This is the actual scenario:

192.168.1.206 router to set up. Cisco 3640

192.168.1.205 this one has an Inet connection: Cisco 837

192.168.1.207 GPRS router to use in case the Ethernet link falls down.
