we have a med business which contains stacked 3750 switches and for an extension we purchase 3850 switches.
i already knew the difference between them in the stack cables [data and power] but for the data stack cable it's totally different even the interface itself.
so is there any solution to stack the new 3850 switches to our existed 3750 switches network

You cannot stack the 3850s with the existing 3750s as it is incompatible hardware.
You can obviously have two different stacks and connect those to each other with etherchannel.

which means that i can easily install the new 3850 and connect a patch cord between the 2 switches from any ether port and configure this port to be trunk , is that right.

Not sure what you mean by cable between the two switches.
I thought you had a stack of 3750s and a stack of 3850s ?
But yes in answer to your general question each set of switches would be stacked using the stack cables and then you can use any ports to interconnect the switches.
I would use an etherchannel spread across the switches in each stack and this can be a trunk to pass multiple vlans.

The only way is to connect the stack of 3750 to 3850 via Ethernet cable.
