Cisco 3850 switch to Cisco 9200L switch connectivity

Hi All

I wanted to eastablsh a 10GB connection between a Cisco 3850 and a Cisco 9200L on a 10GB Twinax cable 

I used a 10GB SFP+ DAC cable this did not respond very well on the 9200L 

%PLATFORM_PM-6-MODULE_ERRDISABLE: The inserted SFP module with interface name Te1/1/1 is not supported

I even used the 

service unsupported-transceiver

 This didnt work either, please could some one shed some light on this

Please find here the media type DAC compatible with C9200L.

Check column "media".

Check ot your specific DAC is in this list.

in addition to what @JamesSimpson34554 is suggesting, which SFP module are you using ? Is this a Cisco SFP, or a third-party SFP ?
