Cisco 4221 Router | Cellular Issue

Dears,

Kindly I need your help in the problem with the below details:

Router PID: Cisco ISR4221/K9

Image: isr4200-universalk9_ias.16.09.04

Error Code: %Address 0.0.0.0 is not valid

Symptoms: Causes cellular interface's state to keep switching between up and down.

"Interface Cellular0/1/0, changed state to up
%LINEPROTO-5-UPDOWN: Line protocol on Interface Cellular0/1/0, changed state to up

%Address 0.0.0.0 is not valid

%LINK-3-UPDOWN: Interface Cellular0/1/0, changed state to down"

No configuration on the router.

it looks like your Cellular is not getting  an IP address from the provider. Try and make the changes marked in bold:
