Cisco Catalyst 4507R+E cannot login

I cannot access to my switch and the switch has a message as below :

*Mar 14 03:21:10.598: %AAA-3-BADSERVERTYPEERROR: Cannot process authentication server type *invalid_group_handle*
% Authentication failed

% Authentication failed

% Authentication failed

Normally I don't have any AAA server to authentication user, I access to the switch by local authentication.

Could you help me on this case ?

Yucky.  Can you access it via the console?  If not, do you have dual sups?  If so, try removing the active one (and failing over) and then plugging it back in again.

If none of those options working I think you'll be facing a power cycle.

Once you have recovered control can you post the output of a "show inventory" and we'll recommend a software version for you to run.

I cannot access it via the console port, it shows a message "*Mar 14 03:21:10.598: %AAA-3-BADSERVERTYPEERROR: Cannot process authentication server type *invalid_group_handle*".

If I access it via the SSH, it shows a message "access denies"

The switch has a dual sups. I try to remove the active one/the standby one and plugging it back in again. It still has the same message.

Right now I cannot access anything on the switch.

You have no choice but to power cycle it.
