I am trying to get Radius work on our cisco machines. However when i debug i get this message "Radius Module not initialized".
What am i missing, a piece of the config is entered below :
aaa new-model
aaa group server radius TEST-Radius
server 192.168.140.15 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
!
aaa authentication banner ^CC This is the Authentication Banner ^C
aaa authentication fail-message ^CC This is the Authentication Fail Message ^C
aaa authentication password-prompt "Please enter your TEST password"
aaa authentication login TEST-Auth group TEST-Radius local
aaa authorization exec TEST-Auth group TEST-Radius if-authenticated
aaa authorization command 15 TEST-Auth group TEST-Radius if-authenticated
radius-server source-ports 1645-1646
radius-server key PASSWORD
line vty 0 4
password telnetpassword
login authentication TEST-Auth
What am i missing or what can i debug to solve this ?

configuring radius with aaa, without a radius server configuration could cause the issue.I find radius-server host x.x.x.x auth-port cccc acct-port cccc, radius-server host x.x.x.x auth-port cccc acct-port cccc

It seems to work, i'll test it further on.
However i don't understand because i thought the configuration like below was enough..
aaa group server radius TEST-Radius
server 192.168.140.15 auth-port 1645 acct-port 1646
