Hello all. I hope someone can shed some light on my problem.
For a few months now my Cisco DPC3848VM modem has been acting strange. Randomly it will just seem to reboot.
Long story short the modem will have all lights suddenly illuminate green and then they'll go off. Then the top most light goes green and it goes through the start up routine.
Happens at random times, I have tried plugging it into different outlets and power bars with no change. Power cable is undamaged and securely plugged in.
