Cisco ISR not getting DHCP / IP Address

My router not getting IP Address after reload. 

Interface IP-Address OK? Method Status Protocol
GigabitEthernet0/0/0 192.168.231.9 YES NVRAM up up
---GigabitEthernet0/0/1 unassigned YES DHCP up up---

Gig 0/0/1 Connected to ISP Router, since we not getting the ISP our VOIP Services down. 

Model : Cisco ISR 4331
Anyone can assist me on this ?

you can also do the following:

ISR4331#conf t
ISR4331(config)#interface GigabitEthernet0/0/1
ISR4331(config-if)#no ip address dhcp
ISR4331(config-if)#shut
ISR4331(config-if)#no shut
ISR4331(config-if)#ip address dhcp
ISR4331(config-if)#end

Hi, thanks for the update. After some time we getting the IP Address from the ISP. I did shut & no shut the interface for several time & still same. Not sure what is the cause but i notice it happen after the VG reload. For now i unable to contact ISP & the issues resolve so unable to capture the debug.
