Cisco ISR Router License Smart Account CLI Command not working

Hello,

I generated a token from Smart Account, but when i try to put the command "router# license smart register idtoken " its not working

router# license smart ? 

there is no register command in cli.

Please assist  me to complete smart Licensing for ISR 4000 router.

i am using isr4300-universalk9.17.03.02.SPA.bin" IOSXE

We have another ISR  router with isr4300-universalk9.16.06.04.SPA.bin" Firmware. But here command worked.

Anybody faced the same issue. Please reply back.

New Deployment Method for Smart Licensing

So is that cisco changed smart license policy ?.so that command not working.

Please share step how can i smart license in ISR4000 isr4300-universalk9.17.03.02.SPA.bin .

I am following the same new deployment method but still facing same issue, Kindly help me to resolve the issue
