Hello all,
first of all I didn't know where to insert threads Cisco Prime related, so I decided to put them here.
My Goal: Create a Monitor Wall with a LCD all the devices down (switches and ap's)
I started to get an old laptop and I connect it to the LCD monitor.
Then I created a new user account (Administration / Users / Users, Roles & AAA) and logged in into the old laptop.
After a short period of time the prime logged out. I assumed that was an idle timeout that logged me out.
Then I unset the idle timeout session at (Administration / Settings / System Settings) in Global Idle Timeout. So I unpick the setting "Logout all idle users"
Even after I save config the monitor keeps disconnecting..
1 - why this is happening?
2 - this is the proper way to create a monitor wall with LCD? there's any better choice to get a proper Monitor Wall?
cheers!

Hi Bruno,The network management forum is best for Prime Infrastructure questions.

To address your question, yes I have seen this problem as well. I believe it is a bug in PI.
You might have success by using a browser plug-in that automatically refreshes the page every so many minutes. For example:

the auto refresh pluging worked like a charm.
Thank you Marvin.
