Hi Cisco Community!
What is the resume term for putting in new Cisco hardware (routers, switches) and copying the configuration from the old Cisco hardward to the new hardware?
Thanks!

Network upgrade engineering.

Hi Rebekah03,
This responsibility is very common for most of the network engineers. However, it could be a mandatory duty for a Network Operations Engineer. It really depends on the company.
For your resume you could use something like this:
Administering and configuring Cisco routers/switches, which includes implementing firmware changes, OS releases and other software upgrades.
Best,
