Cisco RSP 8 problem

Hi all,

I am not sure if my problem is related to here but did not find a better section.

I have a problem with Cisco RSP8 when I switch on

the RSP lights both master and slave and did not initialize, I tested with 2 7507 chasises with no success, there is nothing on the console, do you have any advice what could be the problem and what can I do ?

Try reloading the device with one RSP at a time to see if one of the two RSPs is defective.

I ment that the both leds on the RSP - master led and slave led are on, not that I have master and slave rsp. Sorry for not explaining right. Normally when the RSP boots it lights in the beginning the both and then the one led goes off. But in my case the both are on without one of them to go off. Because the rsp just came I am wondering if it could be incompatibility with the chasis ? I mean incompatibility with the revision or something. Both the chasises work flawlessly with RSP4s .
